What a relief!  I'd just naturally assumed, having read your earlier msg,
that the entire pynchon-l (along with a clandestine p-lister calling himself
"Zonemange") was planning a get together at a thai restaurant in
Minneapolis-St.Paul, and that THEY were all doing it off-list just to keep
