Even his portrayal of those "acts" is at a distance. Part of the 
whole meta-thing. Sure, we're along for the ride, but TRP is as far 
from confessional, new-journalism, or participatory writing of any 
sort as you get. He portrays these acts, yes. That's my point exactly. 
They are described from the outside.
