What I want to do is set fire to the crypto-fascist who suggested that it could have
been Tom LEHR. The name is LEHRER. Geddit, assholes? I can't believe that a
group of people who claim to be Pynchon enthusiasts (not though most of you have
read Pynchon because you obviously haven't because you dare to disagree with a few
opinions I have on the subject) could be so STUPID as to think that LEHRER is
spelt LEHR. You bunch of morons! Can't you read? Has all that Starbucks
coffee destroyed whatever braincells were still left functioning after Academe
frontally lobotomised you? You stupid, STUPID, jerks! I hate the lot of you! Let
me tell you that if you had lived through the end of apartheid you'd think that
Lehrer was GOD. It was that comment about "South Africa wants two, that's
right/One for the blacks and one for the whites" in "Who's next?" that really did it
for me. I worship the guy, okay? So I find it really, REALLY offensive when some
head-stuck-up-his-arse-contemplating-his-navel shitty ACADEMIC doesn't, even,
know, His NAME!!!!! I'm gonna find who you are and come'n'kill you!
AAAaaaaaagh......!!!(Making a "killer's face" just like Matthew Modine does in
_Full Metal Jacket_)
