I liked him not only for his face. I vaguely remember he was quoted in
the period to the effect that he didn't believe in a lot of
pychologizing about ones behavior, rather if one were doing something
wrong one should just stop it. Anyone remember this or why the question
even came up? Think it had something to do with his being a Catholic or
raised one. There was a joke in it somewhere I think.
