Folks--first, an apology for a recent resend of my thoughts
on "misprision."  Second:  caught "Men In Black" last week and
recommend it highly as a rare SF film with some thought and wit
behind it.  And of course could not help thinking of TRP
throughout, esp. when Tommy Lee Jones is trying to extract 
important info from a talking dog.  These damn canine oracles can
be most oblique!
