Chris, there is some stuff, mostly inter alia, on Minor
Elizabethans/Jacobeans and the _L49_. Apart from that, I don't know of any
other criticism that looks into Pynchon's debt to drama. Some other fox on
the list might. But come to think of it, what about the Theatre of Cruelty
-- always thought there were some links there. At least in the sense that
Pynchon knew it and.... A. Jarry, too -- but this is just a hunch.
