  Well, he has managed to get himself into the NYTBR of last sunday
(7/13/97). 

  In the Review of "Man Without a Face", Markus Wolf's autobiography, Tom
Lehrer has a lyric quoted:

  "Once the rockets are up,
    "Who cares where they come
     down?

  "That's not my department," says
     Wernher von Braun.
