Red pearls, feng shui

Is anyone familar with the "red pearl" mentioned in M&D?
Do these cobra cysts actually occur, as described by Zhang,
or at least exist in tibetan folklore?

A-and has anyone found any feng shui resource on the web that wasn't
commercial new age dribble? Seems like everything I could find
was aimed at someone looking to redecorate a Malibu beach house.
I did find a reference to the Donald (Trump) designing an 
office tower based on feng shui. 
Seems to me that you would have to consider a building's
place in relation to it's surrounding geography before you go
moving the furniture around.
In other words, designing an entire community as opposed to
just one building within a screwed up, toxic city.
But what do I know...
