Uncle."  Forgive an ignorant American, but what exactly does this mean?  Is
it simply a non-sequator roughly meaning "Whatever happens, happens"? "

I'll leave it up to the list Brits to come up with something more techincal,
but I've always interpreted it as saying something down the line of "and there 
you are".
