Moderating the P-list

1) Regarding moderation as censorship - Are juried journals also
censored journals?  If a magazine like the New Yorker rejects a quacks
rantings about an AIDS conspiracy is that censorship? I'm all for free
speech but the idea that a moderated list is a censored list is
laughable

2) I'm not posting much because I'm not on eMAIL much lately (somebody
asked the question so I'm answering it)
