well I know only a very little bit about chaos but I do know that
fractals are related to chaos because they are infinitely complex. Chaos
mathematics is concerned with infinitely complex sets [?].

(Fractals are i.c. because any sub-portion of a fractal curve has as
many twists and turns as the whole thing has. Go figure.)
