Andrew: It has been a while, but I helped in the overthrow of the
Colonels in Greece (popadopalus etc) when Carmalades &Papandreau
             were in Toronto.
I met my father, Major JT Weir "Queen's Own Rifles" who among
other things had led a Canadian contingent up the beach at
             Normandy on D Day...

At the time, the owner of the Savoy hotel, was being made
             Lord Mayor of London

             1973?

             like I remember...

It was strange to be back...

I walked all over London & took Cabs

All seemed noisy at first (echoes)

                                                Lest we forget
