I'm not sure it's been discussed either, but the connection's there. As
is the "Y'r O'b'd'n't S'r'v'n't" thing I just massacred.
I'm curious as to the P-lister consensus on the whole Wandy T. fiasco.
Was there a consensus?
Since I read it around the same time I was reading Vineland, I can't help
but to feel that the tones of both are too similar to be unrelated. And
now, reading M&D, knowing that Wanda T.'s letters predate
(publication-wise) M&D, I'm nearly convinced . . . .
