Ahem...  I used to live across Old G'g't'wn P'k from NIH, where they keep a
feisty vial or two of smallpox alive, ready "just in case".  And just in
case you think "so?", I saw PETA successfully break in to their labs on
several occasions to free monkeys.

Blankets be damned its the government that won't stop their chicanery.
