I don't see this at all. And I'm afraid that, though some of the other
suggestions regarding the other lyrics sorta worked for me, I'm not
entirely convinced that those are the right tunes. (Brazil and Yellow Rose
of Texas came damme close at the very least, though.)
This final duet is, however, one of the lyrics that struck as, in fact,
being based on a familiar tune. A couple really seem like they're from
something like a Road movie or something.
And just a comment about identifying page numbers: I urge everyone to
mention them *somewhere*. We've got 773 pages to choose from here. I
think that page/chapter citations facilitate discussion.
