It's difficult to imagine U.S. media treating anything with depth; that
really isn't their job. Their job is to sell: what they sell is up to the
watcher. Remember, that's paid airtime. If you expected anything else from
CNN, you're giving them more credit than they deserve. CNN is always "CNN
confirming CNN."

Remember, they are run by a serious cowpoke who's latest gig is Southern
historical revisionism, "Runnin' Rebels," "George Wallace," and blatant pig
worship, "David" and a couple of others I can''t think of right now. 

The media is not your friend, just your publicist.
