To oppose or not to oppose, that is the question. i.e. there are two
alternative and opposite ways of dealing with opposition making this a
meta-opposition. You might like to relate this to the stuff in GR
about how the existence of Them implies, defines (and perhaps in the
process emasculates) a Counterforce. You might also like to think of
it in terms of thesis and antithesis which suggests that a resolution
of opposition rests on something transcendental.
