You guys are taking soem good guesses, but hate to tell ya, you're off mark.
Take a closer look at ole' red cap.  Notice his teeth, and then consider the
fact that he's walking off the curb, making him APPEAR shorter than he
actually is.  Compare his stature with that of the man in Nthe ancy Jo Sales
article photo.  The first guy is a good second guess, but that's all...

Also, I have it on good authority that TRP is none other than Red Cap.
