I think that's exactly it! Remember the quote about the recluse being a
code word?

With all of the talk about TRP's reclusiveness recently, in particular
comments made that he probably leads a relatively "normal" life (going
to
the store, walking to the corner for a six-pack, taking the wife out to
a
nice dinner, etc.) outside of his media aversion, I was reminded of a
post
a while back referring to the fact that he was in The Return of the
Jedi.
Well, you can't tell me that Lucas and company didn't know who he was.
And
how did he get involved with the movie in the first place? Must have
pulled a string or two, eh? And the Star Wars set isn't exactly a
low-profile location. Perhaps TRP is hiding like a purloined letter.
Many
seem to look for a mysterious and oh-so-quirky
dressed-like-a-flood-victim
figure, when, in fact, we may pass by him in the street everyday without
so
much as a thought...
Whatta think?

It is easy in the world to live after the world's opinion;
it is easy in solitude to live after our own;
but the great man is he who in the midst of the crowd
keeps with perfect sweetness
the independence of solitude.--Emerson
