On pg. 242, TRP(down)











uses the word "Wear" as a noun. Pretty certain what he is refering 
to, but clueless as to this particular function. The OED devotes an 
incredible amount of space to this word, but I cannot glean TRP's 
meaning in more than a general sense ( as in , the land is worn of 
its resources). Any thoughts?
