The good doktor's obviously a stranger to the Philadelphia streets of my youth
 where the *Imperial Conk* was a favorite, if expert level, manuever--
much harder than a full five-second Rocking the Cradle (Walking the Dog? You call that a 
yo-yo trick? sneeeer)--but much more satisfying.  Little wrist flick, straight horizontal 
frozen vector POP, off the left occiput and back in the sweaty hand, concealed, before the 
victim IS AWARE HE'S BEEN STRUCK.

But maybe I know this only because of Rafik, a childhood buddy of Pilipino origin.
