There's a pamphlet called "A Literary Walking Tour of Ithaca" or
something
along those lines. I used to have a copy when I lived up in the area.
It has, among other things, one of Pynchon's former residences. I
believe its the second to last house at the very top of East Buffalo st,
the
street that seems to go up at about a 50 degree angle. Also, in
Collegetown,
there is the bar thats in Farina's novel. Can't remember the name but it
was still open about 3 years ago.
