Genetically engineered Epsilons? On the grounds that if you cannot
smarten up the rest of creation you might as well dumb down some
members of its most rapidly advancing species to plug the gap in the
intelligence spectrum? But that's not new politics. It's merely the
continuation of an age old policy with far superior technology. The
ends have not been revised, merely the means. 

So, who is behind this shit? How about most of us? With every TV set
we purchase, every supermarket salad we purchase, every mass-
manufactured item of clothing we ditch for next years model and every
stupid journey on which we sacrifice precious natural resources to the
pollutant career of an automobile.
