Forget--if you can--HK's orchestration of the saturation bombing of
children and housewives in Hanoi, the secret wars against peasants in Laos
and Cambodia, the backing of the butchers of Honduras and Guatemala, the
overthrow at the behest of ITT and Anaconda Copper of the
democratically-elected Salvadore Allende in Chile, the domestic spying
against student activists, anti-war protestors, and civil rights leaders.

Ignore--for the sake of argument--Henry's support of Jonas Savimbi's
torturers in Angola, the unparalleled build-up of ICBMs, the coddling of
that maniac Mobuto Seko in Zaire, the domestic enemies lists and internal
witch-hunts, the tea parties with the Shah of Iran and the training of
SAVAK--Pahlavi's Gestapo, and the blind eye turned toward the racist South
African regime.

Set all that aside.

And still you are left the with ignoble fact that Henry Kissinger gave the
green light for the biggest genocidal purge since World War II--the
Indonesian putsch into East Timor (that I feel certain will be at least
hinted at in M&D) in which over a third of the population was
systematically exterminated in order for American oil and mining companies
to secure title to the oceans of wealth buried beneath the Timor Gap.

Unlike Hitler, Kissinger's genocidal reach was global. Still is.

I don't believe Jews are a "race." I don't even believe in the concept of
"race," except as an often destructive social construct. Therefore, there
is nothing in the genetic or psychological profiling of people from a
"Jewish" tradition that would keep them under the right social
circumstances and financial inducements from embracing Nazi-like ideologies
and techniques of power and domination. Look at Menachem Begin and that
butcher Ariel Sharon.
