DYB should stay and keep posting

Diana is a great poster and it would be a 
real loss if she felt unwanted on the list and left. 
It seems we all say things sometimes, myself included,
which can and do upset others, even people we respect.
Lets all of us work to make each other feel
welcome; and when we fail at this, lets not mistake
a little friction for something worse. 

When this list works, after all, it can be delightful,
provocative, informing, productive. 
There is an interesting community of interest and 
scholarship here. Lets work to preserve it.
