Uh oh. Are we now going to have problems if we use one of the seven
words? Or if a troll pops up again? Or if we even quote certain
passages in GR?

I'd say that this is an R if not X-rayted (sic(k)) list. Should 
someone send a message both directly to this kid and to the kid's
family? Sure, a lotta kids see movies with "worse" stuff than the
list ever sends out or Pynchon writes. But...
