        Okay thanks all!   Thanks for replying to my letter!  Um, I
understand now that this is a list server for fanatics of Thomas Pynchon, so
I will check my local bookstore for some of his books.  I haven't heard of
him 'til now, and I am willing to give him a try.  Thanks again!
