Young Andrew's Departure

Maybe it would be better not to ask, but did Andrew withdraw voluntarily or was he put off the list? Guess it doesn't matter. I withdraw the question.

Wanted to say that though I responded negatively to his presence (as having a chilling effect, or worse especially if cda passes muster at which time we would be likely to see a proliferation of  Andrews) I admired the efforts of some to extend a helping hand to a young writer.

My  feeling is that cda will NOT be allowed. Just the international complications should do it in. But who am I?
