I encourage anyone interested in this (who has the proper technology, of
course) to check out the newsgroup.  There's a post that says that the
coptalk explanation was discredited, as was a "420 active ingredients"
explanation.  There's also a reference to Hitler's birthday being 4/20
(/89).  How's that for "On This Day" relevancy?
