straight at this hour of the morning, at least without angle brackets 
in the quoted parts) asked:

Just saw a review of this in Salon the other day.  The URL is 
http://www.salonmagazine.com/march97/sneaks/sneak970326.html, and 
their reviewer hated it.  Anything that evokes this much harsh 
language must be at least interesting....
