Henry Holt himself has informed me (through an increasingly mysterious but
thus far 100% reliable medium) that although the event will be ABOUT M&D
(yikes, my ears!), P. will NOT (ouch!) be appearing at the Haight St.
Booksmith on 4/30.  There will be a discussion and possibly one of those
quizzes--the exact details TBD (zounds!) by the bookmongers.  

So I guess it's okay to cancel those hastily-made bus/airplane/hotel/motel
reservations.  Unless, of course, you happen to have a jones for great
Truman's ghost....
