Poetry? at Open-Mike Pynchon Imitator Contest

Dear Richard,

Ed from KGB said, 'original unpublished work' -- I suppose it could be
poetry.  He was reading from a sheet of rules that I assume his partner
(and emcee of the event), Melvin Bukiet, wrote.  Their phone number is
212-505-3360, but unless you get Mel on the phone, I don't know if Ed
will be able to clarify.  I say, hey, why not.   It's open-mike after all
and it sounds like the audience decides what passes for Pynchon.  If I
had the time, I'd opt to enter a submission in Serge's Song category, if
it exists.
