Albania?

I remember during the height of the media clampdown in Bosnia, we were
seeing regular reports of the events there. I'm surprised to see very
little concerning the current issues in Albania. I've been following this
on another list and am seeing regular updates, including a recent report
about an incident between an Italian warship and an Albanian vessel
carrying refugees. The reports I've seen suggest the Italian ship ran into
the Albanian vessel "accidentally" (in the wake of a decision that Italy
would accept no Albanian refugees). One report claims that the Italian
vessel actually ran into the Albanian ship twice.

Has anyone else heard reports from that region?
