The British 1st Edition is published by Jonathon Cape and is due out
today, Election Day. However, advance orders appear to have been
dispatched since the books were dirstributed to the stores last
week. I got mine last Friday.
I also just heard that my US edition ordered from amazon.com has been
shipped from America and is on its way. It cost $20 for the book with
about $5 to have it shipped. I could have had faster delivery at about
$15 but considered it ridiculous tp pay as much for the shipping as
for the book. If, however, I was unable to access the UK edition I
might well have stumped up the extra dosh for shipping.
