Ah well, sounds like a sequel is in the works.  I suppose I should warn
everyone that I'm thinking of publishing my own book.  I'm gonna call it
flameLand II, the afterStench.  I already have the blurb for the back
cover:

     A worldwide mailing list.  An author hungry for
     material.  A web site that was one letter away from
     http://www.ibm.com...  In the powderKeg of
     pre-millenial cyberSpace, this was the dieselOil and
     bullShit for this rollicking truckBomb of a novel.
