M&D--American Heritage Article

I found a mint copy of the Feb 64 issue of _American Heritage_ magazine 
in a Corning book sale last week.  I would be willing to send copies of 
the article titled M&D's Line to anyone or maybe Redbug would want to 
post some excerpts from it (there is a nice copy of M&D's individual 
seals exhibiting their profiles in lieu of any other rendition).  It is a 
rather good article.
