Well, I recently picked up a copy at a used/rare bookshop for $12, but I
suspect the dealer didn't know what she had.  She didn't even recognize the
name, actually.  But heck, even if the value were $200, I wouldn't sell.

So who is it with all these 1st print GRs selling them for $700+?  I've a
friend (the chap who turned me onto our man) whose got one, but  other than
that, I've never seen one?  They've got to be SOMEWHERE...
