Katje absolutely has to be played by Nicole Kidman, perhaps coached by 
Jennifer Jason Leigh (who could play it herself but looks too meaty).  As 
for the Brigadier, hm, how about Charlton Heston?  Just kidding.  Peter 
O'Toole, of course.  Unless Norman Mailer could be persuaded to do a 
cameo.
