Moorcock and BBC

The Moorcock book is called 'Mother London'. It is set in WWII
and I assume its in the dark, satirical mode of 'Byzantium
Endures' or 'Laughter of Carthage', both novels full of historical
crazyness that Pyn-heads might like. M&D was reviewed the other
night on the BBC show Meridian (appropriately enough). The
reviewer talked about the way TP maps his 18th century on (over?)
the present and mentioned a Tammy Wynette joke in the book. She
loved it (as do I 305pp in)....
