Powells Books: Large, International, Independant, Online?

I've ordered from them before with great success. I was able to get
some out of print poetry books by an old professor of mine, a couple
signed editions of Vollmann at regular prices, and some old issues
of Review Of Contemporary Fiction for $1.99 each. I revisited
their site recently after not having been there in a few months
and it seems to me that their prices have risen quite a bit? Has
anyone else noticed this?
