GR M&D - M & D Group Reading

Just finished reading the book; am left with a sense of sadness: wish it
would go on and on --

Also, the further I got into it, the more I sensed that I was just bobbing
along on the crest of the waves, like a little paper boat, while beneath me
were unfathomable depths, strong undercurrents, strange vegetation, maybe a
shark or two...

So, a group reading would be most welcome, and the starting date sounds just
right; gives me some time to let M&D settle a bit. Thank you, Andrew, for
setting this up - I followed the GR GR with great interest and appreciation,
"Gravity's Rainbow" being my all-time most-favorite reading experience, but
I didn't have time to actively participate.
