I say:
Makes for an interesting situation doesn't it? - Given the supposed thesis
of the book in question don't you have to consider the reviews
in Amazon.com a form of publication? - Therefore isn't everybody
who has access to Amazon eligible for a an advance galley?
(For the record, I'll pass)

Anyway, I meant no slight to small presses - I was referring to
the irony of books about farts and snots being so readily available
