Powells Books: Large, International, Independant, Online?

Powells is great! I finally got a chance to visit their stores (yes, they
can't fit it all in one, even a giant -- tech books have their own store --
gardening and cooking have their own store) after many years of wishing to
visit the great Northwest.

When I walked in, I saw a sign over the checkout counter listing the
exchange rates for several foreign currencies they accept!
