Don't ask me, ask Murphy. I'm just reporting how he and Matt set it up
(previously Jody Gilbert had left subscriber info visible - so, to
answer your other question, as of a few years back there were between
100 and 200 people on the list). I suspect the owners wanted to allow
list subscribers the opportunity to remain totally anonymous i.e. no
giving away of e-mail addresses or subscribe/unsubscribe habits.
