And if you follow the link from the article to Dr. Schrapnel's home-page,
you'll find some clever speculating about *where* in the South such an
apocalyptic nightmare could transpire -- viz., Florida. In addition to
other samples of Schrapnel's work -- seems he has some connections to the
radical environmentalist underground ...
