Spoiler debate

For the record, I'm reading M&D slowly, and trying to keep up with the list
at the same time. I'm not reading any of the messages that deal with pages
of M&D I haven't read yet, but I'm saving them and reading them as I get to
the appropriate page. I find the M&D page numbers in the subject line to be
very helpful in this regard and do not want to see the practice abandoned. I
don't want to read discussions of later parts of the book until I've read
them myself. I don't, however, object to a short description in the subject
line, e.g., "M&D 999 Feng Shui." I find the endless blank lines after the
spoiler warning to be irritating and unnecessary. In fact, the spoiler
warning itself seems unnecessary if the page number is in the subject line,
but if some people use e-mail programs that display the beginning of the
message along with the subject line, then let's keep including it and the
blank lines.

By the way, we had the Group Reading of Gravity's Rainbow (GRGR). How about
the Meaning & Discussion of Mason & Dixon (M&D M&D)? Manipulation &
Dissection?
