Spoilers: correcting a movie incident

     Right idea; wrong movie.  It's a Bergman film that he refuses to see, 
     just after belitting Andrew Sarris; he suggests _The Sorrow and the 
     Pity_ (whose opening credits are notably not in Swedish) instead.

Not exactly analogous, though maybe close enough: ANNIE HALL when Woody 
won't see THE SORROW AND THE PITY because it's already started.
