Ola, Andrew,

I'm sure y'all've done this before, so you prolly have good reasons fer your
protocols 'n' such, but I was wonderin' 'bout this hyere:

>A Secondary Protocol which it would be *useful* to adopt is to label
>Postings with a Tag which identifies them as belonging to the Mass
>Discussion and preferably with a Section Number to help locate the
>Comments contained therein. So, Postings should contain the Ackronym
>"MDMD" in their Title, or preferably "MDMD(n)" where n is the Number
>of the Section currently under Discussion. As well as alerting those
>not participating this should also be of help in the subsequent
>Identifickation and Sorting of Contributions.

This'd be easy enough to follow, I s'pose, if you were strictly sticking
with a three-chapters-per-section routine, but the first section's going to
disassemble that idea right off the bat, and who knows how many other emcees
will do likewise. For the sake of avoiding confusion, wouldn't it be easier
to use MDMD(x-y) where x and y are the first and last chapters in a section?

Just a thought.

Y'r ob'd't S'v't,

dgg
