For the sake of avoiding confusion I'll pass on that well-considered
but unfortunately late offer (arrived too late, goddamit! you know,
Jimmy, I guess it was just one of those things, a singularity . . . ).
Of course, there is nothing to stop posters writing `MDMD(0) Ch 4' or
even `MDMD(0) Ch 4 pp 39-41' and such like.
