features an article by the illustrious Walter Kirn in which he vividly
describes the process of buying perfume for his wife. This essay is not to
be missed. It's far better than that quirky little sloth thing or that
inexplicably mechanickal luddite piece that once appeared in the NYTBR by
an author whose name I've since forgotten.
